General Information

ARGAIN strongly encourages you to carefully read this personal data protection policy.

This policy describes how ARGAIN manages the processing of personal data in its capacity as data controller. The personal data protection policy may be modified at any time.

Any individual who has provided personal data acknowledges having fully read and understood this policy at the time of connection.

Collection of Personal Information

The information provided to ARGAIN is intended for authorized ARGAIN personnel for administrative and commercial management purposes.

In order to respond to inquiries and requests from ARGAIN clients, partners, collaborators, and job applicants (whether in response to job postings or unsolicited applications), manage public interaction systems, better understand stakeholders to improve service quality, and send progress and communication materials, ARGAIN may request, on an optional or mandatory basis, personal information such as email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers, and more generally any information relating to private life (excluding religious, philosophical, political, trade union, sexual, or racial data).

  • - Will be recorded for specific and legitimate purposes;

All personal data collected by ARGAIN results from voluntary communication and registration by the data subjects, enabling contractual and professional relationships to be established in the best mutual interest. IP addresses are automatically recorded.

All data collected and processed by ARGAIN is hosted within the European Union. However, if one of ARGAIN’s subcontractors is located outside the European Union, ARGAIN, as data controller, implements all necessary measures to ensure data security. Purpose of Data Collection

Data collection is carried out in order to:

  • Enable ARGAIN to respond to requests related to its professional activities, including applications received and/or contacting clients who may be interested in such applications for assignments carried out on their premises;
  • - Allow clients to access data for analysis in preparation for assignments entrusted to ARGAIN;
  • - Send clients competency files prepared by ARGAIN;
  • - Store personal data enabling identification of information and messages collected;
  • - Respond to information requests, complaints, and inquiries;
  • - Improve and personalize ARGAIN’s services by being more responsive and adapting solutions to each client, partner, or collaborator;
  • - More generally, enable ARGAIN to conduct its business under optimal conditions.

Recipients of the Data

Personal data collected is intended for individuals responsible for information processing within ARGAIN, including, but not limited to, human resources and consultant assignment files.

Recruitment-related personal data is intended for personnel responsible for recruitment within ARGAIN to process applications and potentially present them to clients for assigned missions.

Personal data collected by ARGAIN is strictly for internal use and is not disclosed, transferred, or shared with third parties. Any external disclosure requires the express prior written consent of the data subject, except where disclosure is required by legal or judicial authority or administrative process.

Data subjects authorize ARGAIN to share professional data with clients or subcontractors when necessary for carrying out the aforementioned processing activities.

Retention Period of Personal Data

Personal data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, which may vary depending on the activity or assignment.

For recruitment-related data, retention is limited to two (2) years after the last contact with the candidate.

Right to Digital Death

Article 40-1 of the French “Lemaire” Law for a Digital Economy dated October 7, 2016 allows individuals to set advance directives regarding the handling of their personal data in the event of death.

Right of Access, Rectification, and Erasure

In accordance with applicable regulations, ARGAIN may complete, correct, modify, amend, or delete incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated personal data.

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, data subjects have the right to access, rectify, delete, erase, and port their personal data, as well as the right to object to processing for legitimate reasons or for direct marketing purposes.
