These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are intended to define the legal framework governing access to and use of the website https://argain-consulting.com/ (the "Site") by its users ("User").

Introduction

Article 10: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Site Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having authority over the company’s registered office. The reference language for the settlement of any disputes is French.
